3.13.5. Any gas under pressure cylinder shall:
(a)  comply with the Act respecting pressure vessels (chapter A-20.01) and its regulations;
(b)  be kept away from any heat source liable to increase the temperature of the contents above 55 ºC;
(c)  be used only for the purposes for which it is intended; and
(d)  be handled in such a way as not to damage it.
